Step 1 : Check internet connection

Mostly the Android DoorDash app experiences issues due to a glitch from a third-party vendor (i.e., app crashes when on a map page).

Of course the backend team is working on a fix to resolve this, but till that time, just as a makeshift arrangement to complete your task, simply follow the steps below –

Please note that you will be logged out and will need to log back in with your DoorDash username and password:

  1. Goto the Settings on your Android phone
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Tap DoorDash
  4. Tap Storage (see the image snap below)
  5. Tap CLEAR DATA, and then DELETE

     

  6. Now since you have cleared the data, it erases the login status for your account, hence you will have to login again.
  7. pp will ask for re-login to your DoorDash app
  8. Login using your username and password

Why does DoorDash keep saying Oops try again?

Step 1 :

Try using your phones cellular data connection instead of WiFi

Step 2:

You may encounter the Doordash error code 1 issue if the cache and data of the Doordash app are corrupt.
