Looking at all above information, final strike is that these fabulous Novaplay headphones cost only $39 with FREE worldwide shipping which looks not a profitable business model.
Further their website formation as seen on 31 March 2020, not it seems highly difficult to get 150,000 customers within such short period and that too in the difficult times of corona virus.
Not point to note here is that out of 150,000 customers only 1,073 customers have given reviews and surprisingly most of them are 5 star .. not a single review with 1, 2, or 3 stars which looks impossible. In face the most famous headphones from brands like BOSE, Sony, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Beyerdynamic, JBL, Plantronics, Beats also do not have a single headphone model which scores all 4 & 5 STAR reviews !!
Now further I googled for product reviews from different bloggers which is a general practice followed by most of the company before any product launch or many bloggers buy product on their own to write reviews. I could not locate any product review on major blogging websites who are specialized in headphones review.
Then I cross checked domain name registry from who.is which shows domain registration only in March 2020. Sounds interesting (or fishy?)
If you look for all social media postings, you will not find any of them before 4th May 2020, and all Instagram posts are made on 4th of May 2020 !!!
Now you can’t find any company registered by this name… the company address as shown on their legal information page is as follows – which is again a PO box number.

Siting abnormal activities of resent domain registration, 150,000 customers within so short span, very few percentage of customer reviews which are all 5 star rating, and mainly not providing a phone number and physical address shows that doing any transaction of buying Novaplay headphones can risk your money.

Still after 2 months havent`t got my headphones. They also have deleted their website and don`t reply to my e-mail, now i know- I have lost my money. Sad, especially sad that people like Kylie Jenner are advertising them. They are supporting a scam, thats awful, I understand that they have a lot of money and they can buy whatever they want and even if they won`t get it, it just doesn`t matter, but to me, I am sad, I am just a student living my myself and they just stole my money.

My wife bought a couple pairs. She did have problems with billing that she had to resolve through her bank.(i dont know exactly what happened ) After all they delivered the earphones which i would one hundred percent recommend. A pair was for me! and i came across this trend because I just lost them and im trying to get a new pair. My wife isnt here and i cant find the webpage lmao.

Bought them in May 2020. Never got them. I talked to them couple months ago and they told me they had sent them and that it was on the way. HA . nope. still got nothing after 5 months, and when i tried writing to them, a message was sent back to me that the email adresse was none exsistent. They are a complete scam.
