Clear Notification on Apple Watch
If you feel that your watch is overburdened with notifications, clean your recent history immediately. Swipe down from the top of the watch screen to view the chronological list and remove the recent history.
To clear the notifications, long-press the screen and then tap Clear All. You can also manage notifications on Apple Watch, so try to keep them minimum so that they won’t consume battery and make your watch slow.
Set the Alarm for Everything

Next, tap AM or PM to adjust the time of the day and click Apply to add it to the list of alarms. You can also hide or delete an alarm on the Apple Watch.
