Obviously with latest models of M165 & M180 the voice over call clarity has been improved with use of Duel Microphones, however also note that the talk time has decreased in great extent to 7 hours from 11 hours !! So if you prefer voice clarity over talktime then go for these upgrades, but if you are in dire need of standby/talk time then stay on to M90 only.

M165 & M180 also facilitates you to pick your call hands-free which is very much important for person who is always working with hands-on or driving most of the time, so can’t tap the headset to take a call .. in that case the higher versions do help 🙂

With Talk Time over 11 hours and Standby Time upto 16 days M90 headset is ideal for people travelling all the time, but plz note that this don’t have voice command feature, so its only recommended for listening to Music on the go !

Plantronics Marque 2 M165 OR Plantronics M180

Although both these headsets have Talk Time of only 7 hours, they are featured with Voice commands, so you just have to say “Answer” to pick the call. And mind-it that 7 hours is also not bad talk time at all ! Also duel microphones provide more call voice quality. I shall rather go-for M180 which gives me Siri, Google Now, and Cortana capability by spending just Few $ more …
