TT_BA07 vs TROND BT-DUO Transmitter Receiver Which one should I buy ?
This is what TROND Customer Care has claimed in one of the Answer on Amazon
“Taotronics and TROND have sourced this product from the same manufacturer, but it’s truly the TROND team who asked the manufacturer to add the feature of aptX Low Latency into this product. That’s why Taotronics still hasn’t updated its user manual with the feature yet, according to the recent product reviews of Taotronics TT_BA07 posted by some customers.”

What is that TROND added as an improvement of BT-DUO ?
- Low Latency
When you connect Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver to your TV, if the latency is more than you will get mismatch in the lip-movement on screen-play and the voice you are listening. This is quite irritating and useless. Hence Low Latency will help watching video while listening to wireless audio in a synchronized fashion AND without any noticeable audio delay
Note : The latency of 40ms is still unacceptable for live sound monitoring. Therefore, musicians beware! Bluetooth technology even with aptX LL may not suit your needs. - Bluetooth Receiver UPGRADED with aptX Low Latency & aptX.

Please note that TROND BT-DUO only supports the codec of SBC when paired with two devices simultaneously.
Recommendation
TROND BT-DUO makes sense since with improved Low Latency Feature it straightly Saves $7 [as on Jan 2017], being getting the same product as Taotronics TT-BA07.
